I am so proud of my Strawberry Jam! Isn't it BEAUTIFUL? I had some left over strawberries from strawberry shortcake so i thought i would make a refrigerator jam rather then letting them go to waste. All i did was put my macerated strawberries in a sauce pan over low heat and let them cook for about 5 min or so. Then i put about a T of cornstarch stirred it up and put it in a mason jar. That's it!
